REQUIREMENT FOR ALL DEALERS RENTING INDOOR OR OUTDOOR BOOTHS:
- If you have a permanent Sales Tax number for Tennessee, please bring it with you each time you plan to sell.
- Yearly permits are $45 and may be used at any flea market in Tennessee. If you have purchased a yearly permit, bring it with you each time you plan to sell.

If you do not have a Tennessee Sales Tax number or yearly permit, you must purchase a temporary permit once a month for $5.00 at the flea market. A new temporary permit is required each month. Please bring with you each time you plan to sell. A temporary permit is only for use at Tri-Cities Flea Market.
- A $1.00 tax for Bluff City is applied per vendor for each Saturday & Sunday the vendor sells.
- A $1.00 tax for Sullivan County is applied per vendor for each Saturday & Sunday the vendor sells.
- Payment options for indoor monthly rentals or daily outdoor/covered shed spaces:
- Recurring payment options are available. Please contact us to learn more or to set up a recurring payment plan that fits your needs.
- Pay in advance at the office in person Thursday and Friday 8am – 4pm
- Pay via phone by calling (423)538-3532 for credit/debit cards Thursday and Friday 8am – 4pm
- Pay in person at the office the day you plan to sell.
- *** If paying by phone, your receipt will be in the office. Receipt is required to be picked up before setting up to sell.
