REQUIREMENT FOR ALL DEALERS INDOOR OR OUTDOOR BOOTHS:

Permanent Sales Tax Number for Tennessee. Please bring with you each time you plan to sell. Yearly permits may be purchased at the cost of $45. The yearly permit may be used at any flea market in Tennessee.

If you do not have a Sales Tax Number, you may purchase a temporary permit once a month for $5.00 at the flea market. A new temporary permit is required each month. Please bring with you each time you plan to sell. A temporary permit is only for use at Tri-Cities Flea Market.

A $1.00 Booth Fee for Bluff City and $1.00 Booth Fee for Sullivan County applies per day.
- Payments are made in person at the office in Suite 1 on the lower level or by phone (423-538-3532) Thursday and Friday from 8am – 4pm. You must have a receipt to get through the gate.
- Payment options for outdoor/covered shed spaces: Pay in advance at the office in person Thursday and Friday 8am – 4pm, pay via phone with credit/debit Thursday and Friday 8am – 4pm or pay in person the day you plan to sell. If paying by phone, your receipt will be in the office. Receipt should be picked up before setting up to sell.
